I’m BACK!!! 6-22-17

Talk about getting caught up in life, feelings, situations, people! I've been a deer trapped in headlights for a while now. However, I am happy to report that I'm done with all the DRAMAS (there were a few) and I'm getting back on track with my weight loss pursuits.

While I weigh more (351lbs) than I did when I initially started the 5 Bite Diet, I weigh a few lbs less than when I decided to lose weight initially (355lbs).

This is EXCITING because, I'm starting out with the Five Bite Diet, this go round and I will be able to attribute all of my weight loss to the 5 Bite Diet + Exercise and Vitamins Etc!

I'll be updating my measurements to reflect what they are today and I'm off to the races!

Today is officially my first day back on the 5 Bite Diet!

Why I Chose To Do The 5BiteDiet

I've honestly been looking for a simple weight loss solution for quite some time, I would give all diets that came across my purview some consideration based on how they fit my needs.

I didn't want to do anything that had me doing a bunch of:
* Strange and Complex Counting
* Measuring, Weighing and Point Tallying
* Hunting down Specialty Items or which Restricted The Items I Could Use

Ideally I was looking for something easy, which I could do with readily available food. I didn't want to have to shift or adjust myself too much to make it happen. I knew that there had to be a diet out there which fit this criteria.

While deciding to resume the pursuit of weight loss goals, I stumbled into someone who mentioned the 5Bite Diet. I became curious, so I ended up researching what it was; because the name alone made it seem like it was about the volume of what you consume, not the contents of the volume. Essentially, it sounded like I could do this diet eating any kind of food that I wanted.

The freedom to eat whatever I want, while on a diet greatly appeals to me.

The 5 Bite Diet allows you to eat any kind of food you like, which means you can eat the same food your family is eating, no specialty anything. The utter simplicity of the diet also meant that once I had the rules down, I could get started NOW, TODAY, RIGHT AWAY! Ok, I started the next day, but you get the point. The 5Bite Diet puts true weight loss power in your hands, if you can control your bites, you can get results (I love that!).

The simpler the solution, the better the likely hood you will follow through with it, that was my ideology. From the way the 5BiteDiet sounded, it was so simple it was breathtakingly stunning to me. This was a no brainer, I knew I had to give it a go.

I'm GLAD I did! After doing my first 7 Days on the 5Bite Diet I lost 11.6lbs
