You have to burn 3,500 Calories to lose 1lb

In order to burn one pound, you have to burn 3,500 calories. #FACT!

Even before the 5 Bite Diet, I was aware of this and was able to drop a lb in a day, just not consistently because I'd be all over the place with my eating. People say it's unsafe to drop more than 2lbs a week. I can't agree with that because my body naturally can drop more. I offer up my fit bit stats for a few days in which I was simply more active. I was not working out at all and it's evident that I burned more than a lb a day.

I say this to say that you can burn 3,500 calories in no time; if you're focused, and you can do it again and again amounting in significant weight loss if you're consistent.

Get to know your BMR (Basic Metabolic Rate), for me I burn over 2,204 calories daily, even if I'm just laying in bed. Your Heart Rate and the time you spend in your Target Heart Rate Zone also plays a part in this. See my Target heart Rate for fat burning Click here I am generally at or around my target heart rate for fat burning, hence I would burn a a faster rate than some others!

Below you can review my FitBit Charge HR Stats, which clearly show me burning 3,500 calories or more in a day! With NO EXERCISE. (I also included a few which were very near to 3,500 Calories burned for the day.)

I didn't wear my watch daily at first; so it's spotty but you'll be able to grasp my point none the less.

So regular house work, a walk around the house or office to get water or food from the fridge or to my car across the parking lot, had me burning over a lb a day.  Add food management to this and it's a no brainer why I sometimes lose anywhere from 1.5-3 or more lbs in a day.

When I line things up properly, I can easily burn 3,500 in a day. Will it always be this way?

I'm not sure…but I have a lot of weight which I can chuck (at the time of writing this 8/3/16 I am 326.6lbs) and my body knows it has plenty to give away (would you like some? LOL)!

Prior to the 5BiteDiet, when I was dropping those lbs, I knew I could burn the 3,500+ calories in a day.
I just didn't have a plan or a good system in place. I have that now with the 5BiteDiet!
