Results from Teenage Girl on 5 Bite Diet 2017

My daughter will be joining me for a few weeks on the 5 Bite Diet and I figured since I usually chart her progress in a notebook, I might as well chart it here on my blog as it might be useful to parents or teenagers who wonder if the results would vary for a teenager on this diet as opposed to an adult.

Please Note! This is not her first time doing it and presently, she loves this diet. She feels as though it's perfect for helping her to quickly get back into the weight range she desires. She said “the best thing about this diet, is I don't have to worry about what I eat, just how much I eat of it.”
