    Hi there. I have been following your blog and wanted to let you know how proud of you I am that you are still blogging. I know how hard it is to diet and lose weight. Believe me I have been there and am still there as I would like to lose another 40-60 pounds. Don’t ever give up. I believe in you. Consistency goes along way. My weight loss journey has stalled out around the 200 lbs mark. i’m upset because I have been around this mark for about 2 years. But I figure that a little bit of consistent eating less and exercise will go along way to getting me to where I want to be. So I wish you good luck on your journey I know you will get to your goal, just keep on fighting.
