I am absolutely NOT starving on the 5 bite diet. I actually have more energy since starting this diet.
Most people who do this diet say that after days 3-4 are over, that you no longer feel hunger pangs.
I personally don't recall ever feeling hunger pangs.
My sister is also doing the 5BiteDiet and she is reporting that she's had an increase in energy and isn't feeling hungry either. She's on about her day 5 and I'm on day 9 at the time of writing this.
